The company has fired MANY people in the offices and management, so you are always speaking with someone new. Took over 4 months for the management to hook up the smart home system that costs and extra $100 a month and with not reimburse you for months that was not active. Advertised on the website and brochures is a "dog washing station." I have yet to see this dog washing station, but I do see a hose in the dog park. Hallways are not clean, very dirty, never vacuumed.

The office staff are always so positive and kind with us, its really made our stay enjoyable. Motif has 3 shopping centers within 0.9 miles, which is about a 17-minute walk. We have lived here for a year and have renewed our lease for another year. We love the layout of our apartment and the beautiful, modern kitchen and baths. The price is a bit extreme especially not having access to ANYTHING for month going on a year is ridiculous. When I moved here for amenities, I understood the price to rent. When you need to do your grocery shopping, Woodland Hills lets you choose from Ralphs, Vons, Sprouts, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market, all located near each other.

Shopping Centers & Malls
I have lived here since January 2016 and will be moving out when my lease is up next January. Rents are not cheap in the building to have an ice cold pool. When asked if the pool was heated they said they have solar heating and it is too expensive for them to heat it with the heater so that is why it is cold. I would like management to go swimming in it and see what they think.
Oh and did I mention that they are at least 10% less expensive then all the other rental communities around. All this plus they throw away your trash, just leave it outside your door at night and in the morning it is gone. 3 block to a luxury mall with Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms; pretty cool. The Westfield Topanga and Promenade shopping mall presents high-end shops such as Neiman-Marcus, Cartier, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. The mall contains than 250 businesses and plenty of free parking.
However, the building could use a lot of improvement. Security and violations of guest parking are on top of the list. The "patrol" is not visible and you always get a phone recording.

Warner Center Park sits right in the heart of Woodland Hills and serves as a community gathering place throughout the year.
